摘　　要：ICD是世界卫生健康组织制定的国际统一疾病分类方法,并使用ICD编码分析进行表示。ICD编码使疾病名称标准化、格式化,有利于医院信息管理,已经成为临床研究、医疗付款等方面的重要数据来源,因此需要保证ICD编码的准确性。在ICD编码准确性的影响因素中,编码员素质是一个重要因素。当前部分ICD编码员素质有待提高,严重影响了ICD编码准确性。基于此,文章首先阐述了编码员素质对ICD编码准确性的影响,认为当前编码员存在专业知识欠缺、从业时间较短、过度依赖计算机、操作程序不规范等问题,针对编码员目前存在的问题探讨了提高编码员素质的策略。ICD is an internationally harmonized classification of diseases developed by the World Health Organization and expressed using ICD code analysis.The ICD code standardizes and formats the disease name,which is conducive to hospital information management.It has become an important data source in clinical research and medical payment.Therefore,the accuracy of the ICD code needs to be guaranteed.Among the factors that affect the accuracy of ICD coding,the quality of the coder is an important factor.At present,the quality of some ICD coders needs to be improved,which seriously affects the accuracy of ICD coding.Based on this,this article first describes the impact of the quality of coders on the accuracy of ICD coding.It is considered that the current coders have problems such as lack of professional knowledge,short employment time,excessive dependence on computers,and irregular operating procedures.Discussed the strategies to improve the quality of coders.
