摘　　要：目的探讨经胃镜植入化疗粒子联合DC-CIK免疫细胞输注法治疗老年食管癌的效果。方法选取106例老年食管癌患者,按就诊先后分成观察组(n=53)和对照组(n=53),对照组采用经胃镜植入化疗粒子治疗,观察组采用经胃镜植入化疗粒子联合DC-CIK免疫细胞输注法治疗,观察两组患者客观缓解率(ORR)、疾病控制率(DCR)及1年生存率。结果观察组ORR、DCR均高于对照组,观察组1年生存率(73.58%)高于对照组(54.72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经胃镜植入化疗粒子联合DC-CIK免疫细胞输注法治疗老年食管癌具有明显效果,可有效控制疾病,提高生存率。Objective To investigate the effect of chemotherapy particles implanted through gastroscope combined with DC-CIK immune cell infusion in the treatment of elderly esophageal cancer.Methods 106 elderly patients with esophageal cancer were divided into the observation group(n=53)and the control group(n=53).The control group was treated with chemotherapy particles implanted via gastroscope.The observation group was treated with chemotherapy particles implanted via gastroscope combined with DC-CIK immune cell infusion.The objective remission rate(ORR),disease control rate(DCR)and 1-year survival rate of the two groups were observed.Results The Orr and DCR of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the 1-year survival rate of the observation group(73.58%)was higher than that of the control group(54.72%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of chemotherapy particles implanted by gastroscope and DC-CIK immune cell infusion is effective in the treatment of elderly esophageal cancer,which can effectively control the disease,improve the survival rate.
