摘  要:目的观察膝关节镜下自体腘绳肌重建前交叉韧带术在前交叉韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法对48例符合前交叉韧带损伤的患者施行肌腱取出与缝合、前交叉韧带的重建,并指导术后功能锻炼,观察期术前、术后的术口恢复情况及膝关节功能评分。结果48例患者术后随访周期为9~12月,平均(10.30±1.4)月。所有患者术后伤口恢复良好,未见术后感染及深静脉血栓形成等并发症发生,所有患者对本次治疗疗效基本满意。术前膝关节功能评分为(51.93±1.68)分,术后3月中途随访为(68.20±3.04)分,术后12月末次随访为(89.32±2.96)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜下自体腘绳肌前交叉韧带重建可以很好起到前交叉韧带的修复作用,且由于创伤小,安全性高,对关节功能造成废用性的影响较小。Objective To observe the clinical effect of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with hamstring under arthroscope.Methods 48 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury were treated with tendon removal and suture,anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,and functional exercise after operation.Results The followup period of 48 patients was 9~12 months,with an average of(10.30±1.4)months.All patients were satisfied with the treatment of deep vein infection and postoperative complications.The preoperative knee joint function score was(51.93±1.68)points,the postoperative 3-month halfway follow-up was(68.20±3.04)points,and the 12-month follow-up was(89.32±2.96)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament of the hamstring can play a good role in the repair of the anterior cruciate ligament.
