双能X线(DEXA)对下肢长干骨骨折愈合的定量分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨双能X线(DEXA)检查在下肢长干骨骨折愈合诊断、评估中的应用效果,结合定量分析结果进行评价。方法:选取本院2018年6月~2020年4月收治的72例下肢长干骨骨折患者作为研究对象,经过手术治疗后,进行DEXA检查,在骨折愈合过程中,检测骨折区、骨折区近侧对照区以及骨折区远侧对照区的骨密度测量结果。结果:DEXA检查结果显示,在术后当日、术后第1周、术后第3周、术后第6周、术后第9周、术后第12周,胫腓骨骨折患者、股骨干骨折患者骨折区的骨密度逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论:在下肢长干骨骨折患者的治疗恢复期间,应用DEXA检查方法,能够精准检测骨折部位的骨密度,进行定量分析,对于骨折愈合程度做出评价,真实反映出患者的恢复情况。Objective:To investigate the application effect of dual energy X-ray(DEXA)in the diagnosis and evaluation of fracture healing of long bone of lower limb,and to evaluate the results of quantitative analysis.Methods:72 patients with long bone fracture of lower extremities treated in our hospital from June 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.After surgical treatment,DEXA was performed.During the process of fracture healing,bone mineral density measurement results of fracture area,proximal control area and distal control area of fracture area were detected.Results:The results of DEXA showed that the bone mineral density in the fracture area of patients with tibiofibular fracture and femoral shaft fracture increased gradually on the day after operation,1 week,3 weeks,6 weeks,9 weeks and 12 weeks after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment and recovery period of patients with long bone fracture of lower limbs,DEXA examination method can accurately detect the bone mineral density at the fracture site,conduct quantitative analysis,and evaluate the degree of fracture healing,which truly reflects the recovery of patients.
