胎头吸引阴道助产术、产钳阴道助产术的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:讨论在阴道助产中应用胎头吸引术与产钳助产术的临床效果。方法:选择2015年1月~2020年4月于本院阴道助产分娩的产妇共52例,其中27例产钳助产作为参照组,25例胎头吸引助产作为观察组。结果:两组产妇的阴道助产成功率对比,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05),两组产妇产后出血、会阴严重撕裂、产后尿潴留等产后并发症的发生率对比,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05),两组产妇的会阴伤口愈合率对比,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05),两组新生儿轻度窒息、新生儿黄疸、新生儿面部擦伤等新生儿并发症的发生率对比,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在阴道助产中应用胎头吸引术与产钳助产术方式进行助产,均可获得良好的分娩结局,且操作简便,两种方式各具优势,因此在临床实践中应结合实际情况选取最佳的助产方案,确保母婴安全。Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of using fetal head suction and forceps midwifery in vaginal midwifery.Methods:From January 2015 to April 2020,there were 52 women who gave birth in vaginal midwifery in our hospital.Among them,27 cases of forceps were used as the reference group,and 25 cases of fetal heads were used as the observation group.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the success rate of vaginal midwifery between the two groups of women(P>0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of postpartum complications such as postpartum hemorrhage,severe perineal tear,and postpartum urinary retention between the two groups.There is statistical significance(P>0.05).There is no statistically significant difference in the rate of perineal wound healing between the two groups of maternal(P>0.05).Mild asphyxia,neonatal jaundice,facial abrasion,etc.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of neonatal complications(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of fetal head aspiration and forceps midwifery in vaginal midwifery can provide a good birth outcome,and it is easy to operate.Both methods have their own advantages.Therefore,clinical practice should be combined with the actual situation choose the best midwifery program to ensure the safety of mother and child.
