摘  要:目的:评估肠杆菌科细菌利用全自动微生物分析仪鉴定的能力。方法:选取参与卫计委活动的一级单位实验室的质控菌株,待测样从医院得到,使用全自动微生物分析仪鉴定检测肠杆菌科细菌,观察结果。结果:仅沙门菌属、肠杆菌属、埃希菌属鉴定到种率分别为15.38%(4/26)、92.41%(73/79)、99.45%(181/182),而摩根菌属、克雷伯菌属、沙雷氏菌属、枸橼酸杆菌属、变形杆菌属均为100.00%。除埃希菌属、肠杆菌属、沙门菌属、鉴定一致率为99.45%(181/182)、93.67%%(74/79)、34.62%(9/26),其他枸橼酸杆菌属、变形杆菌属、沙雷氏菌属、摩根菌属、克雷伯菌属一致率均为100.00%。沙门菌属鉴定到种率、一致率均较其他菌属低(P<0.05)。合计一致率为96.22%(560/582),鉴定到种率为95.02%(553/582)。结论:全自动微生物分析仪对大部分肠杆菌科细菌具有较强的鉴定能力,但鉴定某些菌属的能力较低,而某些未能到种的菌属需实施复检,按照"金标准"实施鉴定。Objective:To evaluate the ability of enterobacteriaceae bacteria to be identified by automatic microbial analyzer.Methods:The quality control strains of the first-level laboratory were selected to participate in the activities of the national health and family planning commission.The samples to be tested were obtained from the hospital.Results:The identification rates of salmonella,enterobacter and escherichia were 15.38%(4/26),92.41%(73/79)and 99.45%(181/182),respectively,while those of morgania,klebsiella,sarrenia,citrate and proteus were 100.00%.Except for the genera escherichia coli,enterobacteriaceae and salmonella,the consistency rate of identification was 99.45%(181/182),93.67%(74/79)and 34.62%(9/26),and the consistency rate of the other genera of citrate,proteobacteria,sarrenia,morgania and klebsiella was 100.00%.The species identification rate and consistency rate of salmonella were lower than other genera(P<0.05).The total agreement rate was 96.22%(560/582),and the rate of identified species was 95.02%(553/582).Conclusion:The automatic microbiological analyzer has a strong ability to identify most enterobacteriaceae bacteria,but the ability to identify some genera is low,and some genera that can not reach the species need to be retested and identified according to the“gold standard”.
