摘　　要：目的:探讨胎心监护仪预防不良母婴结局的应用价值。方法:从2019年1月~2020年6月收治的单胎足月孕产妇中选取200例入组研究。采用随机数字表法分为等容量两组,分别记为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规监护,观察组应用胎心监护仪进行监护。对比两组孕产妇分娩方式和不良母婴结局发生率。结果:观察组剖宫产率27.00%,明显低于对照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组母婴不良结局发生率4.00%,明显低于对照组的12.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胎心监护仪在妇产科临床中应用价值较高,可及时发现妊娠异常,从而有助于医护人员结合监护结果采取预见性措施干预以避免不良母婴结局。Objective:To explore the application value of fetal heart monitor in preventing adverse maternal and infant outcomes.Methods:200 single term pregnant women from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected for the study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine monitoring,while the observation group was monitored by fetal heart rate monitor.The mode of delivery and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:The cesarean section rate of the observation group was 27.00%,which was significantly lower than 40.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was 4.00%,significantly lower than 12.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of fetal heart rate monitor in obstetrics and gynecology is high.It can detect abnormal pregnancy in time,which is helpful for medical staff to take predictive intervention combined with monitoring results to avoid adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
