摘  要:目的:探讨酶联免疫吸附法及电化学发光免疫分析法两种手段应用于人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体检测中的效果及价值。方法:以本中心的8148份血清标本为研究对象,严格依据其检测标准和操作说明对标本分别施行酶联免疫吸附法及电化学发光免疫分析法检测,比较两种检测手段的所得结果。结果:酶联免疫吸附法的特异性为88.46%,相对低于电化学发光免疫分析法的100%;两种检测手段的临界值或OD/CO值与阳性诊断符合率呈现正相关。结论:电化学发光免疫分析法在人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体检测中的开展应用,能获得较高的特异性,加之具备分析时间短和自动化程度高等优势,能有效弥补酶联免疫吸附法的不足。Objective:To explore the effect and value of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and electrochemical luminescence immunoassay in the detection of human immunodeficiency virus antibody.Methods:8148 serum samples from our hospital were taken as the research object.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and electrochemical luminescence immunoassay(ELIA)were applied to the samples in strict accordance with their detection standards and operating instructions,and the results of the two detection methods were compared.Results:The specificity of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is 88.46%,which is relatively lower than 100%of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay;the cut-off value or OD/CO value of the two detection methods is positively correlated with the positive diagnosis coincidence rate.Conclusion:The application of electrochemical luminescence immunoassay in the detection of human immunodeficiency virus antibody can obtain high specificity,and has the advantages of short analysis time and high degree of automation,which can effectively make up for the deficiencies of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
