24小时动态心电图检查诊断冠心病性心律失常的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析观察24h动态心电图检查诊断冠心病心律失常的临床效果。方法:研究活动展开时间为2018年5月~2019年5月,选择该时间段接诊的80例冠心病性心律失常患者。所有患者均接受24小时动态心电图与常规心电图检查,并将两种检查结果进行对比。分析不同检查方法效果。结果:统计分析两种检查结果阳性率,24h动态心电图阳性率要高于常规心电图,24h动态心电图心律失常阳性率为71.3%,常规心电图诊断阳性率57.5%,P<0.05,符合统计学意义;分析两种检查方法对室性、房性早搏二、三联律与室性、房性早搏检出率,24h动态心电图各项数据明显要高于常规心电图,P<0.05,符合统计学意义。结论:冠心病性心律失常采用24h动态心电图检查具有较高的检测准确率,能够为临床治疗提供可靠根据,具有多项优势,获得患者肯定。Objective:To analyze and observe the clinical effect of 24-hour ambulatory ECG in the diagnosis of arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.Methods:The research activity was carried out from May 2018 to May 2019.80 patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia were selected.All patients received 24-hour ambulatory ECG and routine ECG,and the results of the two tests were compared.Analyze the effect of different inspection methods.Results:The positive rate of 24-hour ambulatory ECG was higher than that of routine ECG,the positive rate of 24-hour ambulatory ECG arrhythmia was 71.3%,the positive rate of routine ECG diagnosis was 57.5%,the difference was P<0.05,which was in accordance with statistical significance;the detection rate of two examination methods for ventricular,atrial and atrial premature beats was analyzed;the detection rate of 24-hour ambulatory ECG was higher than that of routine ECG The difference was P<0.05,which was consistent with statistical significance.Conclusion:24-hour ambulatory electrocardiographic examination has a high detection accuracy,can provide reliable basis for clinical treatment,has many advantages,obtains the affirmation of patients,and can be popularized in clinical application.
