摘　　要：目的:探讨尿液红细胞形态检验筛查诊断肾脏疾病的应用价值。方法:选择本院2018年10月~2019年10月收治的100例肾脏疾病患者作为本次研究入组对象,观察尿液中红细胞形态及分析其与肾脏疾病的关系。结果:不同肾脏疾病尿液红细胞形态检验诊断的符合率较高,总符合率高达97.00%,与临床确诊相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:尿液红细胞形态检验筛查诊断肾脏疾病的应用价值显著,有利于提高肾脏疾病诊断的符合率。Objective:To explore the value of urine RBC morphology screening in the diagnosis of renal diseases.Methods:100 patients with renal diseases admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study,analyze the morphology of red blood cells in urine of patients and the relationship between RBC morphology and kidney disease.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of urine RBC morphology in different kidney diseases was high,the total coincidence rate was 97.00%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The urine RBC morphology test is of great value in the diagnosis of renal diseases,it is beneficial to improve the diagnostic coincidence rate of renal diseases.
