酶标仪在艾滋病血液检验上的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析酶标仪在艾滋病血液检验上的应用效果。方法:2019年11月~2019年12月选取本中心获取的艾滋病血液为研究对象,采用酶标仪对艾滋病血液进行检验,以血液分析仪的检测结果做对比,分析检验效果。结果:选取3份血清,分别采用酶标仪、血液分析仪进行检测,进行20次的批内、批间重复检测。其中酶标仪检测的批内精密度、批间精密度均大于血液分析仪(P<0.05)。艾滋病血清的活性升高至160卡门单位时,检测结果非线性关系。显色10min^90min内,比色相对稳定,其中显色10min时时比色最理想的时候。标本回收率分别是93.8%、97.7%、102.1%,平均97.9%。结论:艾滋病血液检验采用酶标仪进行检测,测定效果相对理想,可稳定、准确、快速、微量的提升检测效率,可有效减少检测成本,再者酶标仪检测简单好操作。Objective:To discuss and analyze the application effect of enzyme marker in AIDS blood test.Methods:From November 2019 to December 2019,the AIDS blood obtained from the center was selected as the research object,and the AIDS blood was tested with enzyme marker instrument.The test results of the blood analyzer were compared to analyze the test effect.Results:Three serums were tested by enzyme marker and blood analyzer,and 20 times of repeated tests were carried out in and between batches.Among them,the intra-batch and inter-batch precision detected by the enzyme marker were greater than that of the blood analyzer(P<0.05).When the activity of AIDS serum increased to 160 Carmen unit,the test results showed a nonlinear relationship.Within 10min-90min of color rendering,the color phase pair is stable,in which 10min of color rendering is always the most ideal time for color rendering.The recovery rate of specimens was 93.8%,97.7%and 102.1%,respectively,and the average recovery rate was 97.9%.Conclusion:HIV/AIDS blood test using the enzyme marker instrument detection,the detection effect is relatively ideal,can be stable,accurate,rapid,trace to improve the detection efficiency,can effectively reduce the detection cost,and the enzyme marker instrument detection simple and good operation,can be widely used in the clinic.
