细节护理管理在手术室腔镜器械管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析在手术室腔镜器械管理中应用细节护理管理的应用效果。方法:随机选择200例2018年10月~2019年10月到本院进行腹腔镜手术的器械管理进行研究,按照管理方法的不同随机均分为两组,100例对照组采用传统护理管理,30例实验组采用细节护理管理,就腔镜器械管理质量和腔镜器械使用情况对两组进行比较。结果:根据数据显示采用细节护理管理的实验组在腔镜器械管理质量和腔镜器械使用情况上均处于优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室腔镜器械管理中应用细节护理管理,有利于器械管理质量的提高,增加手术室腔镜器械的完好率,降低差错发生率。Objective:To study and analyze the application effect of detail nursing management in the management of endoscopic instruments in operating room.Methods:200 patients were randomly selected for laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019.According to different management methods,they were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group.100 patients in the control group were treated with traditional nursing management,30 patients in the experimental group were treated with detailed nursing management,and the quality of endoscopic device management and the use of endoscopic device in the control group and the experimental management was superior to the control group in the quality of endoscopic device management and the use of endoscopic devices,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of detailed nursing management in the management of operating room endoscopic instruments is conducive to improving the quality of instrument management and the intact rate of operating room endoscopic instruments,reducing the incidence of errors.
