摘　　要：目的:保障移动式X线机运行的安全有效。方法:通过西门子orbic移动式X线机运行过程中常见的三例维修案例进行分析和总结,建立设备的预防性维护保养对策,为设备维护工程师的日常维护保养提供借鉴。结果:通过对移动式X线机计划性的日常维护保养,能够减少设备的故障率,提高设备使用效率。结论:加强设备的日常性维护,对于提高医疗质量,减少医疗风险,具有较大的临床意义。Objective:Ensure the safe and effective operation of mobile X-ray machine.Methods:Through the analysis and summary of three common maintenance cases in the operation process of Siemens orbic mobile X-ray machine,the preventive maintenance countermeasures of equipment are established to provide reference for the daily maintenance of equipment maintenance engineers.Results:Through the planned daily maintenance of mobile X-ray machine,the failure rate of equipment can be reduced and the use efficiency of equipment can be improved.Conclusion:Strengthening the routine maintenance of the equipment is of great clinical significance for improving medical quality and reducing medical risk.
