大一学生心理弹性在人际困扰与抑郁间的作用

摘　　要：目的:评估大一学生人际困扰、心理弹性与抑郁的现状并分析三者间的关系。方法:采用便利抽样方法,于2019年4-6月通过抑郁自评量表、大学生心理弹性问卷和人际关系综合诊断量表,对安徽省7所高校不同专业的540名大一学生进行调查。结果:大一学生抑郁情绪检出率为41.7%,抑郁得分为(49.10±9.78)分,人际困扰得分为(9.20±5.70)分、心理弹性得分为(152.95±30.74)分。大一学生人际困扰与抑郁呈正相关(r=0.532,P<0.01),人际困扰与心理弹性呈负相关(r=-0.433,P<0.01),心理弹性与抑郁呈负相关(r=-0.429,P<0.01)。人际困扰对抑郁具有直接正向预测作用(r=0.532,P<0.01),心理弹性是人际关系与抑郁的中介变量,中介效应为0.11,占总效应的19.2%。结论:大一学生群体中,人际困扰不仅对抑郁有直接影响,还可以通过心理弹性间接影响抑郁。Objective:To analyze the status and relationship of interpersonal stress,resilience and depression among freshmen.Methods:Between April,2019 and June,2019,a total of 5402 freshmen from seven universities in Hefei were investigated with Self-rating Depression Scale,Resilience Scale of University Students,Interpersonal Relationship Integrative Diagnostic Scales.Results:The detection rate of depression among freshmen was 41.7%.The scores of the freshmen’s interpersonal stress,resilience and depression were(9.20±5.70),(152.95±30.74)and(49.10±9.78).Interpersonal stress and depression were positively correlated(r=0.532,P<0.01),interpersonal stress and resilience were negatively correlated(r=-0.433,P<0.01),resilience and depression were negatively correlated(r=-0.429,P<0.01).The scores of interpersonal stress was positively correlated with depression(r=0.532,P<0.01),and perceived resilience as a mediator in interpersonal stress and depression,the intermediary effect was 0.11,which accounted for 19.2%of the total effect.Conclusion:In the group of freshmen,interpersonal stress not only has a direct effect on depression,but also can indirectly affect depression through resilience.
