摘　　要：通过在技改项目管理过程中建立技改管理标准化工具箱,工具箱涵盖工作原则、工作制度、工作表单、工作方法等内容,针对技改前、中、后期全过程管理不同阶段建立相对应的工具箱套件,其中融入了计划、协调、创新、激励的理念,技改管理模式逐步规范化、合理化。通过规范化应用,技改项目负责人重视,管理流程高效,管理文件完备,技改项目费用有效控制,技改项目创新成果逐年增加,特别是在节能项目中的应用,可确保项目目标达成和推广价值确认。Through establishing standardized toolboxin the process of technical management,toolbox,covering work principle,work system,working form,working method,etc,in view of the technical renovation,before late,the whole process of management in different stages to establish a corresponding toolbox suite,including into plan,coordinate,the concept of innovation,incentive,A project have clear standard and basis from the project,approval,bidding,construction,process control,completion,archiving and after the technical management mode gradualy standardized rationalization,through the use of standardized technical renovation project director seriously,efficient management process,management documents complete,technical improvement project cost effective control,technological upgrading projects innovations increased year by year.Especialy in energy saving technical projects,it ensures that project objectives are met and promotion value is recognized.
