摘 要:针对实际生产条件中,地浸采铀工艺钻孔井管的有机物堵塞、常规洗井方式去除困难的现状和问题设计了一套机械式除垢装置。重点介绍了电动机外壳的承压以及水下密封。同时基于理论计算和有限元设计的方法,使用AnsysWorkbench软件对水下电动机密封外壳进行静力学分析,得出该装置可以在水下400 m或同等环境压力条件下的井管下工作,同时结合室内试验验证了该装置的可行性及安全性,为普通直流有刷电动机的水下密封设计提供了思路和校核依据。In the actual production conditions,a set of mechanical descaling device was designed in view of the current situation and problems of in-situ leaching uranium extraction process borehole pipe blockage of organic matter and difficulties in removing conventional well washing methods.This article focuses on the pressure bearing and underwater sealing of the motor housing.At the same time,based on theoretical calculations and finite element design methods,the Ansys Workbench software is used to conduct statics analysis on the sealed shell of the underwater motor,and it is concluded that the device can work under a well pipe under 400m underwater or the same environmental pressure condition;combined with the indoor tests,the feasibility and safety of the device are verified,and it provides ideas and verification basis for the underwater sealing design of ordinary DC brush motors.
