摘  要:使用传统三线值法对矿用汽车发动机润滑油光谱分析信号进行分析得到的磨损界限不够准确、虚警率较高,而且没有考虑到信号受到噪声的干扰。使用小波变换对矿用汽车发动机润滑油光谱分析信号进行降噪,然后提取光谱分析信号的稳态信息、奇异信息并结合噪声标准差重新构造用于确定矿用汽车发动机磨损界限的三线值法,并且使用基于机械设备典型故障率曲线与统计学的三个指标来比较本文改进三线值法和传统三线值法的优劣。结果证明改进的三线值法在确定矿用汽车发动机摩擦副磨损界限上比传统三线值法更为合理,为矿用汽车发动机磨损界限的确定提供一个比较可靠的方法。The traditional three-line method is usually used to analyze the spectral analysis signal of lubricating oil for mining vehicles,yet the wear limit obtained is not accurate enough,the false alarm rate is high,and the noise interference to signal is not considered.In this paper,wavelet transform is used to denoise the spectral signal of lubricating oil for mining vehicle engine,and then the steady-state information,singular information and noise standard deviation are extracted to reconstruct the three-line method for determining the wear limit of mining vehicle engine.Three indicators based on the typical failure rate curve of mechanical equipment and statistics are used to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the improved three-line method with the traditional three-line method in this article.The results prove that the improved three-line value method in this paper is more reasonable than the traditional three-line value method in determining the wear limit of the friction pair of the mining vehicle engine,and it provides a more reliable method for the estimation and determination of the mining vehicle engine wear limit.
