摘  要:在不同的试验条件下,采用3种不同结构的分散染料对3D打印聚乳酸(PLA)织物进行染色,讨论了pH值、分散染料质量分数、苯甲醇体积分数、染色温度和染色时间对上染率和K/S值的影响。采用正交试验对染色工艺进行优化,优化后用分散蓝2BLN染色的工艺条件为:pH值6、染料质量分数2%、苯甲醇体积分数20 mL/L、染色温度70℃、染色时间30 min。用分散红3B100%染色的工艺条件为:pH值4、染料质量分数2.5%、苯甲醇体积分数20 mL/L、染色温度90℃、染色时间30 min。用分散黄SE-4N染色的工艺条件为:pH值4、染料质量分数3%、苯甲醇体积分数16 mL/L、染色温度95℃、染色时间50 min。染色后各成品的各项色牢度均可达到4级以上。Under different test conditions,3 D printed PLA fabrics were dyed with three disperse dyes of different structures.The effects of pH value,disperse dye mass fraction,benzyl alcohol volume fraction,dyeing temperature and dyeing time on dyeing uptake and K/S value were discussed.Orthogonal test was used to optimize the dyeing process.The optimized process conditions for dyeing with Disperse Blue 2 BLN were:pH 6,dye mass fraction 2%,benzyl alcohol volume fraction 20 mL/L,dyeing temperature 70℃,dyeing time 30 min.The optimized process conditions for dyeing with Disperse Red 3 B100%were:pH 4,dye mass fraction 2.5%,benzyl alcohol volume fraction 20 mL/L,dyeing temperature 90℃,dyeing time 30 min.The optimized process conditions for dyeing with Disperse Yellow SE-4 N were:pH 4,dye mass fraction 3%,benzyl alcohol volume fraction 16 mL/L,dyeing temperature 95℃,dyeing time 50 min.After dyeing,the color fastness of each finished product could reach more than 4 grades.
