摘 要:为提升传统碳泡沫材料的力学性能和电性能,以苯酚、甲醛、氧氯化锆为原料,硝酸镍溶液为催化剂,酚醛微球为模板,在多孔碳泡沫中原位合成了碳纳米线,并测试了碳纳米线改性碳泡沫的压缩性能、电导率、电磁屏蔽效应。结果表明:生长的碳纳米线直径为44~600 nm;经碳纳米线改性后,碳泡沫的性能发生了显著变化,压缩强度提高了16.2%,电导率由0.25 S/cm变为0.34 S/cm,提高了36%;碳泡沫在8~12 GHz的电磁波屏蔽效能由60 dB提升到70 dB,相比未改性前提升约16.7%。In order to improve the mechanical and electrical properties of traditional carbon foams,carbon nanowires were in-situ synthesized in porous carbon foam using phenol,formaldehyde,zirconium oxychloride as raw materials,nickel nitrate solution as catalyst,and phenolic microspheres as template.The compression performance,conductivity and electromagnetic shielding of carbon nanowires modified carbon foams were characterized.The results show that the diameter of as-grown carbon nanowires is between 44 and 600 nm.The performance of the carbon foam improves significantly after modification:the compressive strength has increased by 16.2%,and the conductivity has changed from 0.25 S/cm to 0.34 S/cm,with an increase of 36%;electromagnetic shielding has increased from 60 dB to 70 dB in 8~12 GHz,which is about16.7%higher than pure one.
