摘  要:我国90%以上新建的城市燃气管道采用聚乙烯管,而聚乙烯管道焊接缺陷是导致管道失效的主要原因之一。相比目视检测和严密性试验等现有检验方法,超声相控阵检测技术可有效检测接头内部缺陷情况。通过对深圳市10个聚乙烯燃气管道工程的56个电熔接头和54个热熔接头进行现场不停气检测,详细介绍了聚乙烯燃气管道电熔与热熔接头的超声相控阵检测方法与实施过程。上述工程检测结果的统计分析显示,聚乙烯管道电熔接头的危险缺陷概率为7.1%;热熔接头的缺陷出现概率为18.5%。根据该检测结果,分析缺陷的产生原因,为聚乙烯燃气管道规范施工和现场检测提供参考。Over 90%of newly installed urban gas pipelines use polyethylene(PE)pipes,and welding defects of PE pipes are one of the main causes that result in failure of the pipeline system.Compared to the traditional inspection methods such as visual inspection and tightness testing,phased array ultrasonic testing(PA-UT)can locate defects inside the joints of PE pipes.In this paper,the PA-UT technology and its implementation procedure for electrofusion(EF)joints and butt-fusion(BF)joints of PE pipe were introduced,and the on-site in-service inspection results of 56 EF joints and 54 BF joints in 10 PE gas pipeline projects in Shenzhen were reported.The statistic analysis of inspection results of above projects shows that the probability of unacceptable defects in EF joints was 7.1%,and the occurrence probability of defects in BF joints was 18.5%.The causes of defects were analyzed according to the above inspecting results,which provides a reference for construction and on-site inspection of PE gas pipelines in the future.
