妇科千金片联合甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察妇科千金片联合甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将慢性盆腔炎患者130例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。对照组给予甲硝唑治疗,观察组给予妇科千金片联合甲硝唑治疗。疗程均为4周,评估2组临床疗效,观察2组患者治疗前后疼痛情况、肿块直径大小变化及不良反应发生率。结果:总有效率观察组为93.85%,对照组为78.46%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组疼痛VAS评分、肿块最大直径均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05);且观察组两项指标改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为7.69%,对照组为24.62%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇科千金片联合甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎可提高临床疗效,减少不良反应,效果优于单纯西药治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuke Qianjin pills combined with metronidazole for chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods:A total of 130 cases of patients who were diagnosed with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 65 cases in each group. The control group was given metronidazole,and the observation group was treated with Fuke Qianjin pills combined with metronidazole. The treatment lasted for two months. The clinical effect was evaluated in the two groups. The changes in pain and the diameter of mass before and after treatment,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results:The total effective rate was 93.85% in the observation group, and 78.46% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of VAS and the maximum diameter of mass in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the improvement of the two indexes above in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.69% in the observation group,and 24.62% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Fuke Qianjin pills combined with metronidazole has better effect than simple western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation,which can improve clinical effect and reduce adverse reactions.
