补肾调肝合剂联合针刺治疗肾虚肝郁型排卵障碍性不孕临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾调肝合剂联合针刺治疗肾虚肝郁型排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法:将60例肾虚肝郁型排卵障碍性不孕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予补肾调肝合剂联合针刺治疗,对照组给予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗,3个月为1个疗程,2组均连续治疗2个疗程。比较2组中医证候疗效、中医证候评分、妊娠率、先兆流产率及胚胎停育率。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组总有效率为36.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候评分降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组妊娠率高于对照组,先兆流产率及胚胎停育率均低于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾调肝合剂联合针刺治疗肾虚肝郁型排卵障碍性不孕的中医证候疗效优于枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Tiaogan mixture combined with acupuncture for sterility due to anovulation of kidney-deficiency and liver-depression type. Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with sterility due to anovulation of kidney-deficiency and liver-depression type were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Bushen Tiaogan mixture combined with acupuncture,and the control group was given clomiphene citrate capsules. Both groups were continuously treated for two courses,three months being a course. The clinical effect,Chinese medicine syndrome scores,the pregnancy rate,the rate of threatened abortion and the rate of embryo growth arrest were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 96.67%in the treatment group and 36.67% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of the scores in the treatment group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05). In the treatment group, the pregnancy rate was higher than that in the control group, and the rate of threatened abortion and the rate of embryo growth arrest were lower;but there was no significance in difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of sterility due to anovulation of kidney-deficiency and liver-depression type, the therapy of Bushen Tiaogan mixture combined with acupuncture has better clinical effect than that of clomiphene citrate capsules.
