中医护理结合快速康复外科护理在妇科腹腔镜围手术期中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医护理结合快速康复外科护理对行腹腔镜手术的妇科患者围手术期临床效果的影响。方法:将88例接受腹腔镜手术的妇科患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理干预)和观察组(中医护理结合快速康复外科护理干预),各44例。对比干预后2组术后疼痛、排气时间等临床指标恢复情况,对比满意度情况。结果:护理后,观察组进食时间、排气时间、排便时间、下床时间、疼痛程度以及住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组护理态度、健康教育、心理引导评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取中医护理结合快速康复外科护理干预接受腹腔镜手术的妇科患者,可有效促进患者术后排气,缓解术后疼痛,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of Chinese medicine nursing combined with fast track surgery nursing on perioperative clinical effect of gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 88 cases of gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the observation group was intervened with Chinese medicine nursing combined with fast track surgery nursing.After intervention,the recovery of postoperative pain,exhaust time and other clinical indexes in the two groups were compared;the satisfaction degree was compared.Results:After nursing,the values of fasting time,exhaust time,defecation time,time of out of bed,pain degree and length of hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of nursing attitude,health education and psychological guidance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Chinese medicine nursing combined with fast track surgery nursing for gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can effectively promote their postoperative exhaust,relieve their postoperative pain and improve their satisfaction degree.
