摘  要:D,L-薄荷醇是重要的萜烯类手性香料,以百里酚为原料,采用自制雷尼镍催化剂进行催化加氢,得到D,L-薄荷醇和其它3对异构体(D,L-薄荷醇收率55%左右);精馏分离出产物中的D,L-薄荷醇,其它3对异构体采用自制的Ni-Cu-Ce-O金属复合物催化剂进行异构化反应,得到D,L-薄荷醇在内的4对薄荷醇异构体产物(D,L-薄荷醇在异构体中占比55%左右),经精馏进而得到D,L-薄荷醇。其中自制的雷尼镍及金属复合物催化剂制备过程简单且均能回收套用多次,D,L-薄荷醇生产成本低、环境友好。D,L-menthol is an important terpene chiral perfume.D,L-menthol and other three pairs of isomers were obtained by hydrogenation of thymol with homemade Raney nickel catalyst,and the yield of D,L-menthol was about 55%.D,L-menthol and other three pairs of isomers in the product were separated by distillation.The other three pairs of isomers were isomerized using homemade Ni-Cu-Ce-O metal composite catalysts and obtained four pairs of menthol isomers including D,L-menthol,accounted for about 55%of the isomers,and then obtained D,L-menthol through rectification.The preparation of Raney nickel and metal composite catalyst were simple.All of them can be recycled,with low production cost and environmental friendliness.
