新疆供水二期工程质量管理工作分析

摘　　要：介绍了在新疆供水二期工程中,项目法人为了加强工程质量管理,保证工程施工质量,结合多年水利工程建设管理经验所采取的一系列具体措施。这些措施的采用取得了较好的效果,并为后续水利工程建设积累了丰富的经验。This paper introduces a series of concrete measures taken by the project legal person in order to strengthen the project quality management and ensure the project construction quality in the second phase of Xinjiang water supply project, combining with many years of experience in water conservancy project construction management. The adoption of these measures has achieved good results and accumulated rich experience for subsequent water conservancy project construction.
