中部地区旅游产业与生态环境的耦合协调及影响因素研究

摘　　要：中部地区旅游产业与生态环境协调健康发展,对于推动中部地区崛起和实现区域旅游业可持续发展具有重要意义。本文以中部六省为例,构建旅游产业与生态环境系统的评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型,分析了中部六省2005-2017年旅游产业和生态环境的耦合协调度变化及其影响因素。结果表明:①从综合水平来看,中部六省发展水平差异明显。旅游产业系统综合评价指数均值排序为:"安徽>河南>湖北>湖南>山西>江西";生态环境系统综合评价指数为:"江西>湖南>湖北>山西>安徽>河南"。②从耦合协调发展水平来看,中部六省大致经历了相似的发展阶段,即中度失调—轻度失调—濒临失调—勉强协调,但整体耦合协调水平仍较低。从耦合协调度类型的演化来看,湖南、湖北、河南和山西四省为"基本同步型",江西省为"旅游产业滞后型",安徽省为"生态环境滞后型"。③从影响因素来看,居民收入水平、产业结构水平和对外开放程度呈显著正相关,而投资强度和区域创新能力呈显著负相关。The harmonious and healthy development of tourism industry and ecological environment in the central China is of great significance for promoting the rise of the central China and realizing the sustainable development of regional tourism.Taking six provinces in the central China as an example,the evaluation index system of tourism industry and ecological environment is constructed.Based on the coupling coordination degree model,the paper analyzes the coupling coordination relationship between the two systems and its influencing factors in central China from 2005 to 2017.The results show that:(1)From the comprehensive level,the six provinces in central China have obvious differences.The average ranking of tourism industry system comprehensive level is:"Anhui>Henan>Hubei>Hunan>Shanxi>Jiangxi";And ecological environment system is:"Jiangxi>Hunan>Hubei>Shanxi>Anhui>Henan".(2)From the perspective of coupling coordination development level,the six central provinces have roughly experienced similar development stages,namely,moderate disorder-mild disorder-near disorder-barely coordination,but the overall coupling coordination level is still low.From the perspective of the evolution of coupling coordination degree type,Hunan,Hubei,Henan and Shanxi are"basically synchronous type",Jiangxi is"tourism industry lagging type",and Anhui is"ecological environment lagging type".(3)From the perspective of influencing factors,residents’income level,industrial structure level and degree of opening up are significantly positively correlated,while investment intensity and regional innovation ability are significantly negatively correlated.
