摘　　要：通证经济完美利用了区块链新技术的优势,可以在没有中心结构且彼此陌生的环境下创造一个高效交易、无摩擦且维护成本极低的信用体系,给经济领域带来了新一轮的革命,但也面临较为突出的炒作风险、信用风险、经营风险等一系列新风险。本文着眼于区块链技术框架下的通证及通证经济,深入分析了通证经济的风险特征,并据此提出了应对措施,以期为有效防范通证经济风险、促进通证经济的规范发展提供参考。The pass economy takes advantage of the new technology of the blockchain to create an efficient,frictionless and low-maintenance credit system in an environment where there is no central structure and no one is familiar with it,it brings a new round of revolution to the economic field,but it also faces a series of new risks such as speculation risk,credit risk and management risk.This paper focuses on the pass and pass economy under the technical framework of Blockchain,deeply analyzes the risk characteristics of pass economy,and accordingly puts forward corresponding measures,with a view to effectively prevent the risk of pass economy,promote the standardized development of pass economy to provide reference.
