摘 要:多主栅(≥9根)太阳电池技术,即MBB太阳电池技术实现了高功率和低成本的有效结合。该文采用理论计算和试验验证相结合的方式对不同主栅数目的太阳电池栅线进行设计优化,研究太阳电池功率随主栅数目及细栅宽度等的变化关系,并通过试验验证电连接的可行性。结果表明,随着主栅数目的增加,太阳电池功率逐渐提升,最优细栅宽度变小。在最优栅线设计下,相较于5主栅(5BB)太阳电池,12BB太阳电池理论功率提升2.17%,目前易实现的40μm的细栅宽度,12BB光伏组件试验功率提升2.36%,正面总体银浆用量节省37.25%。The Multi busbars(MBB≥10 busbars)solar cell technology has achieved higher efficiency and lower cost. In this paper, both theoretical calculation and experimental validation are employed to optimize the front metallization of MBB solar cells. The effects of e.g. finger width and busbar number on efficiency are studied, and interconnection between solar cells is verified. Results show that with the increasing numberof MBB, the optimized finger width decreases while the efficiency increases. Under the condition of optimal finger width, the efficiency of 12 BB solar cell increses by 2.17%comparison to that of 5 BB. At 40μm finger width which is easy to implement currently, the test power of 12 BB photovoltaic module increases by 2.36% and the silver paste usage on the facade reduces by more than 37.25%.
