基于光学性能分析的太阳能腔式吸热器石英窗设计

摘  要:研究用于圆柱、球形腔式吸热器的双凹、上凹、下凹、双凸、上凸和下凸6种不同结构的正弦形石英窗,以确定最佳的设计方案,最大限度改善吸热器的光学性能。基于蒙特卡洛光线追迹法研究表明:对于圆柱形腔式吸热器,双凹形石英窗是最优的设计方案,对比常规平面石英窗,光学效率基本不变,此时圆柱形吸热器峰值聚光比由1050.0下降到715.9,非均匀系数由0.60下降到0.30;对于球形吸热器,从局部聚光比峰值来评价,下凹形石英窗是最优的设计方案,此时球形吸热器峰值聚光比由1010.0下降到797.4,非均匀系数由0.67下降到0.40;从非均匀系数分布来评价,双凹形石英窗是最优的设计方案,此时球形吸热器峰值聚光比由1010.0下降到857.7,非均匀系数由0.67下降到0.38。In this paper, six kinds of sinusoidal quartz windows with different structures,i.e. planar, biconcave, concave upper surface,concave lower surface, biconvex,convex upper surface and convex lower surface,have been studied for the receiver with cylindrical and spherical cavity,so as to determine the best design scheme to improve the optical performance of the receiver. Based on the Monte Carlo ray tracing method,the results show that the biconcave concave quartz window is the optimal design for the cylindrical cavity receiver. Compared with the conventional planar quartz window,the optical efficiency of the cylindrical receiver is basically the same, but its peak concentration ratio is reduced from 1050.0 to 715.9,and its non-uniformity coefficient is reduced from 0.60 to 0.30. For the spherical receiver, the quartz window with concave lower surface is the best design according to the evaluation of the peak concentration ratio,where the peak concentration ratio of the receiver decreases from 1010.0 to 797.4,and the non-uniformity factor decreases from 0.67 to 0.40. For the spherical receiver,the biconcave concave quartz window is the optimal design according to the evaluation of the nonuniformity factor,where the peak concentration ratio of the receiver decreases from 1010.0 to 857.7,and the nonuniformity factor decreases from 0.67 to 0.38.
