摘  要:以NREL Phase Ⅵ及其缩比风力机为对象,对低雷诺数下叶片的三维流动特性进行研究。通过理论分析及三维CFD数值模拟与二维翼型风洞实验结果比较,表明离心力和科氏力的作用主要发生在叶片内侧,而叶片外侧主要受到叶尖涡的影响。离心力和科氏力的作用与转子尺度或缩比比例关系不大,但叶尖涡的影响与其关系密切。在低雷诺数和尖速比下,转子尺度越大或缩比比例越小,叶根展向流动越弱、负影响越小,同时,叶尖涡略强、对叶片外侧的负影响略大;随着雷诺数和尖速比的增大,转子尺度越大,叶根展向流动与叶片绕流共同作用产生的正影响越强,提升了叶片中部和外侧翼型的升力系数;当雷诺数和尖速比进一步增大,叶根展向流动和叶尖涡以及叶片绕流共同作用产生的负影响增强,但转子尺度越大,负影响越弱。Based on the NREL Phase Ⅵ wind turbine and its scaled model,the characteristics of the 3D flow field around the blade in low Reynolds number,is studied. Through the theoretical analysis and the comparison of the 3D CFD numerical simulation results and 2D airfoil wind tunnel experiments,it is shown that the centrifugal force and the Coriolis force mainly occur in the inboard section of the blade,while the outboard section of the blade is mainly affected by the blade tip vortex. The two forces have little to do with the rotor size and the scaled ratio. However,they have much relationship with the blade tip vortex. In the case of low Reynolds number and low tip speed ratio,the larger of the rotor size or the lower of the scaled ratio,the weaker of the spanwise flow and negative effects near blade root. Meanwhile,the stronger of the blade tip vortex,the bigger of the negative effect at the outboard section of blade. With the increase of Reynolds number and the tip speed ratio,as well as the enlargement of the rotor size,the positive effect produced by the spanwise flow near blade root and the flow around the blade is stronger. So the lift coefficient of the airfoil in the middle and outside of the blade is rising. When the Reynolds number and the tip speed ratio further increase,the negative effect produced by the spanwise flow near blade root and the blade tip vortex and the flow around the blade is also increasing,but the larger of the rotor size,the weaker of the negative effects.
