摘  要:提出一种降低齿廓滑动率的椭圆摆线齿轮廓形设计方法,通过建立啮合线与滑动率之间的联系,以滑动率为改善目标,以啮合线为改善途径,根据齿轮啮合原理和平面坐标变换,推导出一种新型椭圆摆线共轭齿廓的数学方程。计算该新型齿廓的滑动率表达式,并结合表达式研究其影响因素,指出具有低滑动率的参数组合。通过实例验证该方法的有效性和可行性,结果表明,与圆形摆线齿廓相比,椭圆摆线齿廓的滑动率降低了20%,接触强度提高了3倍。低滑动率的椭圆摆线齿廓具有优良的特性和较高的接触强度。An approach to design of elliptical cycloid tooth profile is proposed,which aims to reduce the sliding rate of tooth profile. The approach is confirmed by establishing the connection between the meshing line and the sliding rate,which optimizes the trajectory of the meshing line. Based on the gear meshing principle and the plane coordinate transformation,the mathematical equation of the cycloid conjugate tooth profile with a new elliptical meshing line is derived. The expression of the sliding rate of the new tooth profile is deduced. The effect on the sliding rate is studied and the parameters of low sliding rate are optimized. Compared with the circular cycloidal tooth profile,the sliding rate of the elliptic cycloidal tooth profile is reduced by 20%,and the contact strength is increased by 3 times. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by means of a living example. It is shown that the elliptical cycloidal profile with low sliding rate has excellent transmission performance and high contact strength.
