摘 要:研究了热处理对混合稀土变质A356合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,A356合金经0.5%的混合稀土变质与T6处理后,合金中的共晶Si全部转变成近球形颗粒组织。合金的硬度(HBW)、抗拉强度均达到最大值,分别为98.3和303.5MPa,此时合金的伸长率为7.32%,与0.5%的混合稀土变质未热处理的合金相比,分别提高了64.93%、32.88%和10.91%。合金的断裂形式为韧性断裂,其综合力学性能得到显著提高。The effects of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of A356alloy modified by mixed rare-earth were investigated.The results reveal that the eutectic silicon in A356alloy is all transformed into nearly spherical granular structure with 0.5%mixed rare-earth modification and T6treatment.Both the Brinell hardness and tensile strength of the alloy reach the maximum values,which are 98.3HBW and 303.5MPa,respectively.Meanwhile,the elongation of the alloy is 7.32%.Compared with those of the alloy modified with 0.5%mixed rare-earth without heat treatment,mechanical properties are increased by 64.93%,32.88%and 10.91%,respectively.The fracture of the alloy is characterized by ductile fracture,and comprehensive mechanical properties are enhanced significantly.
