摘 要:基于Simufact有限元软件建立锡青铜滑动轴承二道次旋压模型,采用正交试验法建立模拟仿真试验方案,通过极差分析法得出减薄率,一道次进给比,二道次进给比和道次分配比对工件等效应变变形均匀性的影响显著程度顺序及最优工艺参数组合,再对优化后的参数组合进行试验验证。结果表明,当减薄率为28%,道次分配比为5∶5,一道次进给比为0.8mm/r,二道次进给比为1 mm/r时,工件的等效应变变形均匀。The model of QSn7-0.2sliding bearing in two-pass spinning was established based on the Simufact finite element software.The simulated experiment scheme was built up by the orthogonal experiment method,and the significant degree of influence of the thinning rate,the pass ratio,the one-time feed ratio,the second-pass feed ratio on the deformation uniformity of sliding bearing and the optimal combination of parameters were obtained by the range analysis.Then the optimized parameter combination was verified by the experiments.The results reveal that when the thinning rate is 28,the pass ratio is 5∶5,the one-time feed ratio is 0.8mm/r,the second-pass feed ratio is 1mm/r,the sliding bearing after two-pass spinning can have the better deformation uniformity.
