九味头痛方治疗偏头痛60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察九味头痛方对偏头痛患者的临床疗效。方法:将120例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用氟桂利嗪治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用九味头痛方治疗,2组治疗时间均为8周。观察2组综合疗效、治疗前后疼痛程度[疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及血管活性物[5-羟色胺(5-HT)、β-内啡肽、神经降压素]水平。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.66%(58/60),高于对照组的83.33%(50/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组VAS评分、PSQI评分、5-HT和血浆神经降压素水平均降低,血浆β-内啡肽水平升高,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:九味头痛方能明显改善偏头痛患者的头痛症状和睡眠质量,这可能与该方能够调控偏头痛患者血管活性物水平有关。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jiuwei Toutong prescription in the treatment of migraine.Methods:A total of 120 patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with60 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine,and those in the treatment group were given Jiuwei Toutong prescription in addition to the treatment in the control group;the course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of overall response,degree of pain before and after treatment[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)],and levels of vasoactive substances[5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),β-endorphin,and neurotensin].Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[96.66%(58/60)vs 83.33%(50/60),P<0.05].After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in VAS score,PSQI score,and the levels of 5-HT and neurotensin and a significant increase in the plasma level ofβ-endorphin,and the treatment group had significantly better improvements than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiuwei Toutong prescription can significantly improve the symptom of headache and sleep quality in patients with migraine,possibly by regulating the levels of vasoactive substances in such patients.
