摘　　要：目的:观察苍附导痰汤合克罗米芬治疗痰湿内阻型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:将60例痰湿内阻型PCOS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组予克罗米芬治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用苍附导痰汤治疗。治疗3个月经周期后,观察2组优势卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度、最大卵泡直径、排卵率、血清性激素水平及随访妊娠情况。结果:治疗后治疗组的优势卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度、最大卵泡直径、排卵率及妊娠情况均优于对照组,血清促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);但2组血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苍附导痰汤合克罗米芬治疗痰湿内阻型PCOS患者,可以促进其卵泡的生长发育,诱发排卵,改善子宫内膜容受性,改善血清性激素水平,疗效优于单用克罗米芬治疗。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with stagnation of phlegm dampness.Methods:A total of 60 patients with PCOS with stagnation of phlegm dampness were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given clomiphene,and those in the treatment group were given Cangfu Daotan decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.After treatment for three menstrual cycles,the two groups were compared in terms of number of dominant follicles,endometrial thickness,maximum follicular diameter,ovulation rate,serum levels of sex hormones,and pregnancy during followup.Results:Compared with the control group after treatment,the treatment group had significantly better number of dominant follicles,endometrial thickness,maximum follicular diameter,ovulation rate,and pregnancy rate and significantly lower serum levels of luteinizing hormone and testosterone(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while there was no significant difference in the serum level of follicle-stimulating hormone between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with PCOS with stagnation of phlegm dampness,Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with clomiphene can promote the growth and development of follicles,induce ovulation,and improve endometrial receptivity and the serum levels of sex hormones,with a better clinical effect than clomiphene alone.
