摘 要:采用邻苯二胺和2,6-吡啶二甲醛合成了一种大环席夫碱分子探针BP-MSB,并研究了它的结构和光谱性质。实验结果表明,探针BP-MSB对Cu^2+具有较高选择性,体系荧光强度与0~5.0μmol/L范围内Cu^2+具有很好的线性关系,线性方程为F=1659.97801-442.0364c,相关系数r^2=0.995,检出限(LOD)为8.33 nmol/L。方法已用于湘江水样中Cu^2+的检测。In this paper,the macrocyclic Schiff base ligand BP-MSB was synthesized using o-phenylenediamine and 2,6-pyridinedicarbaldehyde,and its structure and spectral properties were studied.Experimental studies showed that the ligand BP-MSB had a high selectivity for Cu^2+,and the fluorescence intensity had a good linear relationship with the concentration of Cu^2+in the range of 0-5.0μmol/L.The linear equation was F=1659.97801-442.0364 c(μmol/L),the correlation coefficient(r^2)was 0.995,with the limit of detection(LOD)of 8.33 nmol/L.The method has been successfully applied to the detection of Cu^2+in water samples of Xiangjiang river.
