摘 要:采用可聚合室温离子液体1-乙烯基-3-乙基咪唑四氟硼酸盐为功能单体,在金属离子介导和极性致孔体系1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐-二甲亚砜环境下,制备水相容性绿原酸分子印迹聚合物(MIP),并以此为固定相,制备固相萃取小柱,用于金银花粗提物中绿原酸的分离纯化。通过扫描电子显微镜成像观察到室温离子液体和模板分子的加入可显著改变MIP颗粒的形态。经优化固相萃取条件,金银花粗提物中绿原酸的纯度可由69.4%提高到95.6%,回收率达到98.7%。结果表明,基于MIP的固相萃取小柱可用于金银花中绿原酸的分离纯化。Polymerizable ionic liquid(RTIL)of 1-vinyl-3-ethylimidazole tetrafluoroborate,the metal ionmediated strategy and polar porogen system of 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazole tetrafluoroborate-dimethylsulfoxide were used to prepare water-compatible chlorogenic acid molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP)at room temperature.The prepared MIP as stationary phase was used to fabricatea simple solid phase extraction(SPE)column for separation and purification of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle crude extract.It was observed by scanning electron microscope image that the addition of RTIL and template molecule can significantly change the morphology of MIP particles.After a detailed examination of the SPE conditions,the purity of the chlorogenic acid in the honeysuckle crude extract could be increased from 69.4%to 95.6%,with the recovery of 98.7%.The results indicated that the MIP-based SPE column developed in this work could provide a simple method for the efficient separation and purification of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle.
