耐氧化性介质腐蚀功能型彩涂板的腐蚀特性研究

摘　　要：通过研究特殊功能彩涂板在不同质量分数双氧水溶液、5.2%次氯酸钠溶液、酸碱溶液腐蚀下的性能,考察其耐氧化性介质腐蚀能力。结果表明:特殊功能彩涂板的耐氧化性明显优于普通聚酯彩涂板,其中耐5%双氧水性能约为普通聚酯产品的6倍。另外,通过研究可知该特殊功能彩涂板不仅具有耐氧化性介质腐蚀优势,同时还具备良好的耐酸碱等腐蚀特性,可应用于医疗卫生、食品加工等对氧化剂消毒杀菌有特殊需求的建筑金属围护系统。The corrosion resistance in oxidative mediums of a special functional precoated metal was investigated through the corrosion tests of in hydrogen peroxide with various concentrations,5.2%sodium hypochlorite solution,and acids and alkali solutions,and the test results showed that the anti-oxidation performance of the product was obviously better than the ordinary polyester-based precoated sheet,the resistance to 5%hydrogen peroxide was 6 times higher than that of the ordinary polyester-based product.Additionally,it was found that the special functional precoated sheet not only provide the advantage of oxidation resistance,but also indicated good corrosion resistance to acid and alkali,which could be used in medical hygiene,food processing and other building metal sidings with special requirements for oxidant disinfection and sterilization.
