摘 要:利用Turbiscan Lab多重光散射仪对使用了不同分散剂的颜填料颗粒悬浮体系的分散效果进行了研究。结果表明:使用该仪器能够在不稀释、不剪切的条件下,快速准确地反映出填料粒子的分散状态,便于分析不同分散条件下的分散效果,精准反映填料粒子具体的沉降、团聚现象,且大大缩短色浆稳定性的评价时长。In this paper,Turbiscan Lab multiple-light scatterer was used to study the dispersion effect of the suspension system of anticorrosive pigments and fillers particles with different dispersants.The use of this instrument can indicate the dispersion state of pigments and fillers particles quickly and accurately without any dilution and shearing,so as to facilitate the analysis of dispersion effect under different dispersion conditions.It can accurately reflects the specific sedimentation and agglomeration of packing particles,and greatly reduce the evaluation time of the stability of colorants.
