摘  要:本文采用Nano Zs-90型Zeta电位仪对不同硅铝包膜金红石型钛白粉的Zeta电位进行研究,通过测试不同等电点pH的钛白粉颜料制备的丙烯酸乳胶漆的分散、遮盖、耐候性、光泽等主要性能指标,来指导丙烯酸乳胶漆用钛白粉的生产。结果表明钛白粉的硅铝包膜量、pH以及电阻率对钛白粉的Zeta电位有非常大的影响,较高SiO2包膜的钛白粉可降低等电点pH,提高丙烯酸乳胶漆的分散性、遮盖力和耐候性。The Nano Zs-90 Zeta Potentiometer was used to study the Zeta potential of different silicon-aluminum coated rutile titanium dioxide.The dispersion,hiding power,weather resistance,gloss and other properties of acrylic latex paint containing titanium dioxide pigments with different isoelectric points and p H values were tested,which was used to direct the production of titanium dioxide for acrylic latex paint was.The results showed that the amount of silicon-aluminum coat,p H value,and resistivity of titanium dioxide provided a significant effect on the zeta potential of titanium dioxide.Titanium dioxide coated with higher SiO2 amount could decrease the p H value and the isoelectric point and improve the properties of dispersion,hiding power and weatherability of acrylic latex paint.
