摘 要:草铵膦是一种高效、低毒、广谱的非选择性除草剂,具有广阔的市场前景。其制备工艺备受精细化工行业和研究机构的关注。工业上用于生产草铵膦的方法包括热裂解-ACA工艺和Strecker工艺。根据现有的文献及专利,主要对外消旋体草铵膦和L-草铵膦的制备工艺进行了综述,重点讲述了热裂解-ACA工艺和Strecker工艺。Glufosinate had a broad commercial prospect due to its desirable features including low toxicity,broad-spectrum and non-selectivity. The synthesis of glufosinate had attracted a significant attention of fine chemical industry and research institutions. The industrial synthesis methods of glufosinate including pyrolysis-ACA process and Strecker process. According to the reported literatures and patents, chemosynthesis methods of racemic glufosinate and L-glufosinate were reviewed, with emphasis on pyrolysis-ACA process and Strecker process.
