摘  要:蛋白质组学(proteomics)是探究细胞、组织或生物体蛋白质组的组成及变化规律的科学,在各研究领域应用广泛。生物农药是当今农药的发展趋势,是促进农业可持续发展的重要保障,其中苏云金杆菌是全球应用最广泛的微生物农药之一。介绍了蛋白质组学的内涵及主要研究策略,阐述了蛋白质组学技术在鉴定苏云金杆菌新型毒素蛋白和探究毒素蛋白合成调控机理中发挥的重要作用,并进一步展望了蛋白质组学研究技术在苏云金杆菌中的应用前景。Proteomics is a science that studies the composition and changes of proteomes from cells, tissues, or organism, and widely used in various research fields. Biological pesticides are the development trend of pesticides in the current world and are an important guarantee for the sustainable development of agriculture. Among them,Bacillus thuringiensis(B.t.) is the most widely used microbial pesticide in the world. This paper briefly introduced the definition of proteomics and its main research strategies, then summarized the applications of proteomics technology in the research of microbial pesticide B. thuringiensis. At present, proteomics technology had achieved significant results in identifying new toxin proteins in B. thuringiensis and exploring the metabolic regulation mechanisms of toxin protein synthesis. Finally, the trends of proteomics technology applied in B. thuringiensis was discussed.
