摘　　要：[目的]建立60%氟吗啉干悬浮剂(DF)的分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,使用C18柱和PDA检测器,以甲醇和三乙胺溶液为流动相,分离60%氟吗啉干悬浮剂中的杂质、助剂、异构体E及异构体Z,并测定氟吗啉的含量。[结果]采用该分析方法,氟吗啉的线性相关系数为0.9996,氟吗啉精密度的RSD为0.82%,平均回收率为99.1%。[结论]该方法专属性强,精密度及准确度好,可以满足60%氟吗啉干悬浮剂的定量分析。[Aims] Aquantitative method of flumorph 60% dry flowable(DF) was established. [Methods] We used methnol and triethylamine solution as mobile phase to separate the impurities, adjuvant, isomers E and Z in flumorph60% DF with C18 column and PDA detector by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatograph. The flumorph was quantitatively determined simultaneously. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients was 0.9996. The RSD of the precision was 0.82%. The recovery rate was 99.1%. [Conclusions] The method is specific, precise and accurate, and suitable for the analysis of flumorph 60% DF.
