摘  要:[目的]为筛选防治苹果腐烂病、枝干轮纹病的杀菌剂。[方法]测定丁香菌酯、辛菌胺单剂以及不同比例的混配制剂对病原菌的生物活性和联合生物活性,并选择具有显著增效作用的混配药剂进行田间防效试验。[结果]丁香菌酯与辛菌胺的配比在1∶5~1∶15时,对苹果腐烂病菌的增效作用最为显著;配比在1∶10~1∶25时,对枝干轮纹病菌的增效作用更为显著。20%丁香菌酯·辛菌胺悬浮剂333.3~1000 mg/L对苹果腐烂病、枝干轮纹病的防治效果分别为83.71%~87.54%、82.24%~88.12%,且显著优于其他处理的防治效果。[结论]丁香菌酯、辛菌胺的混配制剂可作为苹果腐烂病、枝干轮纹病防治药剂进行大区示范、验证试验。[Aims] The paper aims to select effective fungicides for control of Valsa mali and Botryosphaeria dothidea.[Methods] In order to improve the safety and effectiveness of disease control and delay the resistance of pathogenic fungi, a new formulation with obvious control effect on apple stem rot and apple canker was selected through the toxicities determination of coumoxystrobin, xinjunan and their mixtures in vitro by mycelial growth inhibition method.The mixture with synergistic effect was used in the field experiments. [Results] When the proportion of coumoxystrobin and xinjunan is from 1:5 to 1:15, the joint-toxicity coefficient to Valsa mali is more than 120, which shows that the two fungicides have a good synergistic effect;when the ratio of coumoxystrobin and xinjunan is between1:10 and 1:25, the joint-toxicity coefficient of the two fungicides to B. dothidea is more than 120, which shows that the two fungicides have a good synergistic effect. The control effect of octylcarbendazim·xinjunan 20% SC at 200-600 times on apple canker and stem ring rot were 83.71-87.54 and 82.24-88.12%, respectively, which were significantly better than other treatments. The control effect of coumoxystrobin·xinjunan 20% SC 200, 400 and 600 times on apple branches were 83.71-87.54 and 82.24-88.12% respectively, which was significantly better than that of other fungicides.[Conclusions] Therefore, the mixed formulation of coumoxystrobin·xinjunan 20% SC could be applied to control apple canker and apple stem ring rot. Coumoxystrobin·xinjunan 20% SC diluting 200-600 times were recommended to control apple limb ring rot and apple canker by using them in comination with lscraing disease tumor.
