外侧小切口髋关节置换术与后路小切口髋关节置换术治疗老年创伤性股骨颈骨折临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:对比外侧小切口髋关节置换术与后路小切口髋关节置换术治疗老年创伤性股骨颈骨折疗效.方法:选择时间段为2018年7月-2019年9月期间,在我院进行诊治的100例老年创伤性股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,观察组实施后路小切口髋关节置换术,对照组实施外侧小切口髋关节置换术,对比2组治疗前后VAS评分、2组患者手术情况及临床疗效.结果:就VAS评分,2组术前对比无差异(P>0.05),组内对比术后均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组就手术时间、切口长度、出血量、助行器使用时间、引流量指标对比,前者均优于后者(P<0.05);Harris评分对比无差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗有效率为94.0%,对照组治疗有效率为80.0%,组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05).结论:老年创伤性股骨颈骨折患者,实施后路小切口髋关节置换术,效果显著.Objective:Tto compare the efficacy of hip replacement with lateral small incision and hip replacement with posterior small incision in the treatment of senile traumatic femoral neck fracture.Methods:Time for during July 2018 to September 2019,in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of 100 cases of traumatic femoral neck fractures in elderly patients as the research object,the team to implement the small incision posterior hip replacement,reference group to implement the lateral small incision hip replacement,compared two groups of VAS scores before and after the treatment,two groups of patients and the clinical curative effect.Results:In terms of VAS score,there was no difference between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),both groups improved after operation,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the former was better than the latter(P<0.05).There was no difference in Harris score(P>0.05).The effective rate was 94.0%in the study group and 80.0%in the reference group,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hip arthroplasty with small posterior incision is effective in patients with traumatic femoral neck bone.
