摘　　要：目的:分析桡骨远端陈旧性骨折畸形愈合的手术治疗.方法:选取92例本院于2010年1月-2019年12月收治的桡骨远端陈旧性骨折伴畸形患者.患者均行桡骨远端掌侧面解剖型锁定钢板内固定术.对比患者治疗前后VAS评分、尺偏角、掌侧成角和掌倾角.结果:患者骨折愈合时间较短,Cooney腕关节评分的达标率为91.30%,且尺偏角、掌侧成角和掌倾角倾斜程度和VAS评分均较手术前改善明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在分析患者具体情况后开展相关的手术,能有效提高期腕关节功能,减轻患者患肢疼痛.Objective:To analyze the surgical treatment of old fracture malunion of distal radius.Methods:92 cases of old fracture of distal radius with deformity were selected from January 2010 to December 2019.All patients underwent anatomical locking plate internal fixation on the volar side of the distal radius.The VAS score,ulnar angle,palmar angle and palmar angle were compared before and after treatment.Results:The time of fracture healing was shorter,the standard rate of Cooney wrist score was 91.30%,and the ulnar deviation angle,palmar angulation,palmar inclination degree and VAS score were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:After analyzing the specific situation of the patients,carrying out the relevant operation can effectively improve the function of the wrist joint and reduce the pain of the affected limbs.
