摘  要:以腰果酚、甲醛和二乙烯三胺为原料通过曼尼希反应合成了腰果酚醛胺固化剂,通过红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱分别对其化学结构和相对分子质量进行了分析,并研究了腰果酚醛胺固化剂对环氧树脂的固化动力学。结果表明:制备的腰果酚醛胺固化剂的数均、重均相对分子质量均在1 250左右,且相对分子质量分布较窄。通过将非等温DSC曲线数据拟合Kissinger方程、Ozawa方程、Crane方程,得到环氧树脂/二乙烯三胺固化体系表观活化能为71. 40 kJ/mol,环氧树脂/腰果酚醛胺固化剂的表观活化能低于前者为56. 72 kJ/mol,固化反应级数没有变化,均为0. 93。因此,相比于传统固化剂二乙烯三胺,腰果酚型酚醛胺能使得环氧树脂在更低的温度下,更快地进行固化,符合研究预期结果。With cardanol,formaldehyde and diethylenetriamine as raw materials,cardanol aldimine curing agent was synthesized by Mannich reaction.The chemical structure and molecular weight were analyzed by FTIR Spectrometer and Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC),and the curing kinetics of epoxy resin with cardanol aldimine curing agent were also studied.As the results present,the weight-average molecular weight and number-average molecular weight of cardanol aldimine curing agent were both around 1250,which indicated that the molecular weight distribution was narrow.By fitting the non-isothermal DSC curve data to the Kissinger equation,Ozawa equation,Crane equation,the△E of the epoxy resin/diethylenetriamine curing system is 71.40 kJ/mol,and the△E of the epoxy.resin/cardanol aldimine curing agent is 56.72 kJ/mol lower than the former,while the curing reaction order remained at 0.93.Therefore,compared with the traditional curing agent diethylene triamine,cardanol-type phenalkamine can make the epoxy resin cure faster at a lower temperature,which is in line with the expected results of the research.
