摘  要:采用两步法制备了丙烯酸锌自抛光树脂,通过红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱对自抛光树脂的结构及相对分子质量进行表征,确定了接枝反应的发生,所合成树脂数均相对分子质量控制在17 400左右;通过差示扫描量热仪、原子吸收光谱仪测试了树脂的Tg和锌含量,树脂Tg控制在35℃左右,树脂锌含量在接枝反应8 h基本稳定。以所合成的自抛光树脂为基料制备了无铜防污涂料,并对无铜防污涂料的性能进行了分析。结果表明:该无铜防污涂料经过耐干湿交替实验,漆膜无起泡、无开裂、无脱落;配套涂层剪切强度可达2. 55 MPa,耐剥离性能良好;在厦门大漓浦屿经过3 a浅海浸泡实验,漆膜表面无任何污损生物附着,防污性能良好。In this paper,Zinc acrylate self-polishing resin was prepared by a two-stagemethod,The structure and molecular weight of self-polishing resin was analyzed by FT-IR andGPC. The occurrence of the grafting reaction is confirmed,and the Mn of the synthesized resinis about 17400. The Tg was determined by a differential scanning calorimeter while the content ofzinc in the resin was measured by the atomic absorption spectrometer method. The Tg of the resin isabout 35 ℃,and zinc content of the resin is stable after the grafting reaction for 8 hours. Thecopper-free antifouling coating was prepared from the made self-polishing resin. Theperformance of the copper-free antifouling coatings were tested. Experimental results show thatthe paint film has no blistering,no cracking and no detachment after alternating dry and wetresistance testing;The shear strength of the anticorrosive and antifouling system was performedby using a single-lap joint method. It showed no interface detachment but a cohesive failure,which demonstrated good compatibility. After 3 years of immersion experiment,the surface of the paint film has no fouling,showing an efficient antifouling performance.
