摘  要:以聚硅氧烷乳液(LAPSO)与丙烯酸树脂(PA)为原料,通过物理共混制备有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液,并加入水性助剂等制得涂料(LSPA)。通过TEM、稳定性分析仪等对乳液进行表征,并进一步探讨了LAPSO用量、软硬单体配比、n(-NCO)∶n(-OH)、固化温度等因素对涂层的影响。结果显示:LSPA的平均粒径约为109.7 nm,乳液粒子无明显团聚且分散良好,整体疏水性、稳定性均得到改善。当LAPSO质量为25 g、软硬单体物质的量比为1∶1.2、n(-NCO)∶n(-OH)为1.2∶1、固化温度为120℃、固化时间为40 min时涂层硬度3H,附着力1级,耐冲击性50 cm,耐试剂性和耐水性较好。A silicone modified acrylic latex(LSPA)was prepared by physical blending of polysiloxane latex(LAPSO),acrylic resin(PA)and the water-based additives,which was characterized by TEM and stability analyzer,and the effects of LAPSO amount,ratio of soft/hard monomers,n(-NCO)/n(-OH)and curing temperature on the properties of coatings were further discussed.The results showed that the average latex particle size of LSPA was about 109.7 nm,without any obvious agglomeration,and the latex provided good dispersion,and improved overall hydrophobicity and stability.When the amount of LAPSO was 25 g,soft/hard monomer ratio=1:1.2,n(-NCO)/n(-OH)=1.2:1,curing temperature 120℃(curing time 40 min),the coatings film presented hardness 3H,adhesion grade 1,impact resistance 50 cm,and good chemical resistance and water resistance.
