摘  要:颜料中铬黄因其着色能力强且具有鲜艳的色泽,在涂料、塑料领域应用广泛,但其在生产和应用过程中都存在铅、铬离子迁移而污染环境的问题,故中铬黄的应用逐渐受到限制。为满足应用市场需求,有必要寻找一种环保型替代产品。本文从生产成本、颜色特性和耐热性等方面就目前中铬黄潜在替代品(不含重金属无机颜料、性能优异的黄色有机颜料及无机-有机复合颜料等)进行了对比分析,指出了它们在环保性和颜色性能方面的优势及其在生产成本等方面的劣势,为中铬黄替代品的研发提出了参考。The lead chromate is widely used in the field of coating and plastics due to its strong coloring strength and bright color. However,in its preparation and utilization process it leads to a migration of lead and chromium ions to the environment and results in environmental pollution,thus its utilization is gradually restricted. In order to meet the application and market demands,it is an urgent need to find an environment friendly alternative pigment. In this paper,the potential alternative pigment for lead chromate including inorganic pigment without heavy metals,yellow organic pigments with superior performance and inorganic-organic pigment are analyzed and compared in view of production cost,color characteristics and heat resistance. And their advantages in the environmental friendliness and the disadvantage in the production cost are pointed out,which provides certain reference for the development of the alternative pigment for lead chromate.
